Nob Hill ~ Russian Hill ~ Marina ~ Pacific Heights
Wags Paws & Heart is a small dog, group walking service. Our method, from transportation, groupings and venue, is designed to keep the smaller dogs safe and comfortable. WP&H service is on-leash and limited off-leash groupings (depending on size, emotional and behavior characteristics).
We use only positive reinforcement methods such as healthy treats and individual praise for focus, guidance, distraction and recall (if off-leash in walker vision at all times). Our waggy walkers are grouped by size and play style, enhancing socializing in a safe space.
We strive to keep walks interesting & stimulating by fluctuating between the Marina Greens, Fort Mason, Golden Gate Park and The Presidio. In all cases, we will explore in San Francisco's areas of nature and beauty, do their doggy business and get fresh air.
When the service begins, we alert you by text with pick-up and drop-off times. Alert service can continue as long as you would like. Participation in your pets lives, as you navigate your day, is by design.
You are made to be a part of your pets walk. Shortly after every walk you are updated via text with walking environment, potty status. Picture and/or video of daily walks are uploaded to WG&H Facebook and Instagram pages.
Our pet transport method reduces unnecessary risk both physically and emotionally. We operate two dedicated transportation vehicles to pick up and drop off your pet. Each vehicle has air-conditioning and contain individual suites that protect precious from other dogs and unnecessary street stimulus. They arrive at the walk venue relaxed and ready.
To get started we require a complimentary in home meet & greet to get acquainted. There, we can determine whether the service we offer will fulfill you and your pets walking needs.
One of the most stressful event for any furry family member is to be left behind. Wags Paws & Heart offer our clients overnight boarding service. The walker becomes the second most welcomed and loved extension in your pets world. Those times when your dog may not travel with you, we provide familiarity and a loving environment in our homes.

Five years ago (35 in dog years) I started this business to chase my passion of being with dogs. I began volunteering at Animal Care & Control, SPCA and SF Puppy Prep. In 2012 I became a professional dog walker though Dog Tech dog walking academy. Most recently I graduated from Janis Bradley’s Dog Training Academy.
I have done my homework and applied the craft, no short cuts. Why, because safely providing a daily dog walk is not an accident, it is deliberate. The safety and comfort of your pet is the goal. Understanding dog behavior is the cornerstone to managing groups of pets while they play. This knowledge is in practice on every walk and ensures your dog has an enjoyable experience on her/his daily adventure.
